Everything you order from us is made to order. We don't keep stock with your name on it, so from the moment your order comes in, we start working on it for you.
- You place your order and immediately receive a confirmation email.
- We start making your order.
- Your package is shipped, and you receive a track & trace code.
Delivery time
The delivery time for standard shipments within the Netherlands for a personalized order is between 5 and 15 business days. The delivery time for Express shipments within the Netherlands for a personalized order is between 2 and 7 business days.
During busy periods, such as around Ramadan and Eid, it may take longer. We will mention this on the website.
