Haven't received a code yet?
Then your order is likely still in production. Everything is handmade and personalized, so there is some time between your order and shipment. On our Orders & Deliveries page, you can read how long this approximately takes.
Package lost or delayed?
Has your package been stuck in tracking for a while, or has the carrier reported it as delivered but you haven't received anything? Please contact us at sisithelabelnl@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the carrier.
