Can I choose the name or text myself?
Yes. When ordering, you fill in what you want embroidered. This can be a name, in Arabic or in the Latin alphabet or another language. For some designs, you can also enter your own text or verse. It is important to enter the name/text/ayah in the desired language and spelling. If in doubt, you can always contact us and we will help you.
How many characters fit?
There is no maximum number of characters, but keep in mind a text of up to 10 cm high. Longer texts will be embroidered smaller and will therefore be less legible.
Will I see the text first before you start?
No. The text you enter is what will be embroidered on the product. So make sure you use the correct spelling. We treat every product with care and love, and if we have doubts about a spelling or text, it is possible that we will contact you to confirm it.
Can I still modify my order?
As long as we have not started embroidering, you can still change or cancel. Send us a message within 24 hours via sisithelabelnl@gmail.com or via Whatsapp (0625227043) with your order number.
About the products
Which Quran sizes fit in the cover?
On the product page, you can choose from a number of common Qurans. If yours is not listed, you can provide the dimensions yourself: length, width, thickness, and the cover.
What is the difference between a sleeve and a cover?
A sleeve is a case you slide the Quran into. A cover is wrapped around the binding, like a book cover, and stays on while you read.
How do I wash the cover?
Hand wash at a low temperature and air dry. Do not tumble dry. You can also iron the cover.
Why does my product look slightly different than the photo?
Everything is handmade. Small differences in color nuance, placement, or finish are part of this and make each piece unique. Also, the color on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

Can I return?
Personalized products are custom-made for you and therefore cannot be returned. If something went wrong with your order, we will of course resolve it. Read more on our Exchange & Returns page.
